Changing the direction that the brain follows - Brain reprogramming

Starting with "Professor Rafael Yuste" and ending with "sand at the beach.”
Some notes follow.
The scientists found that repeated stimulation (using light) induced the firing of a specific group of neurons.
This group induced the firing of another group of neurons. In other words, a new neuronal group, one with neurons that was firing at the same time with each other, was recruited.
Cells that fire together, wire together.
Indeed activation of a single cell, lead to the activation of the entire group.
We can appreciate that in this video.

New wiring has taken effect: one neuron fires, then the entire group wired to it fires.
Neurons that fire together were wired into a circuit.
A new circuit was created or "imprinted" in the brain.
